Since FJ Cash is credited as "Store Credit," using it is simple:

How many times I can earn rewards for reviews?
The rules vary by channel:
- Trustpilot Reviews: Each customer (per account) is eligible to claim the $8 FJ Cash reward only once, regardless of the number of orders.
- Per Order Rewards (Video, Reddit, Website Review): Rewards for these specific channels are counted per order. This means for every new order you place, you can submit a new video, a new Reddit share, and a new website review to earn rewards again.
How long until I receive my FJ Cash reward?
Once you contact our WhatsApp or Online Chat with the required link or screenshot for verification, we usually process and issue the FJ Cash to your account within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when the funds are available.
Can I combine a video review and a text review for the same order?
Yes, you can. As long as you meet the specific requirements for each reward activity, you can combine rewards for a single order (e.g., earn rewards for one Video Review + one Reddit Share + one Website Review). However, the Trustpilot reward remains strictly one-time only.
And, we require new, unique content for every reward application. Submitting identical content to claim rewards multiple times will be deemed invalid.
What happens if I delete my review?
Yes, it will. To maintain fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, if your review or video is deleted, set to private, or violates the platform's terms after the reward is issued, we reserve the right to deduct or recover the corresponding FJ Cash from your account balance. Please ensure your shared content remains public and permanent.
