Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Processing Time: 1-5 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: 20-45 business days
  • Fast Shipping: 15-20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7-15 business days

Please note: Adding customization (names, numbers) may add 2-3 extra processing days.


Changing Shipping Address

You may change your shipping address only before your order enters the shipping process.

  • Contact us immediately at service@fansjerseyhub.com with your order number
  • We cannot modify shipping information once the order is dispatched
  • Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays

What If I Haven't Received My Order?

Please contact us FIRST at service@fansjerseyhub.com before checking with your local post office.

International shipping involves multiple carriers and tracking updates may be delayed. What you see in tracking is normal:

  • 📦 "Label Created" or "Pre-Transit": Package is prepared but not yet scanned by initial carrier
  • 🌐 "In Transit to International Destination": Package is en route but between carriers
  • 🛃 "Customs Clearance": Package is being processed by customs (may take 5-10 days)

We monitor all orders and will promptly investigate if your package appears stuck. Contact us with your order number and we'll provide current status and solutions.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Customized jerseys (with names/numbers) cannot be returned
  • Contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Potential Order Delays

The following may delay your order:

  • Weekends and holidays
  • Customizations (names/numbers)
  • Back-ordered or special-order items
  • Manual billing verification (for fraud protection)
  • International customs processing

📦 Back-ordered items may ship separately from the rest of your order.


Holiday Services

  • Online chat support is available during holidays
  • Order processing and shipping services are suspended on holidays

Taxes & Customs Duties

  • We do not charge tax at checkout.
  • You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by your country.
  • Refusing a shipment due to customs fees may result in a restocking fee.
